3. No Direct Online Purchases

  • Inquiries & Pricing: At this time, all purchases require direct communication with us. Prices are USD and are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free pricing or availability.

  • Payment Methods: We accept bank wire and Zelle only at this time. Credit card payments and PayPal may be accepted for repeat customers, subject to a 4% processing fee.

  • Order Confirmation: An Agreement to purchase is only finalized once payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided with payment details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please contact the carrier for resolution.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase. If a return is authorized, it must be requested within 24 hours of delivery and the item must be in its original condition with all packaging and documentation.

  • Refund Processing: If a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving the return item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale Items: Some products may be marked as non-returnable or final sale.

  • We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold.

  • Any applicable warranties will be detailed in the product description or accompanying documentation.
